DAY WISE ITINERARY

DAY 1

Transfer: On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by a representative outside the customs area, who will welcome you and introduce you to the Safari Guide. After a short Safari briefing you will be transferred to the Hotel. 

Special Note: Check in (standard check-in begins by 1500 hrs) and rest of the day is at leisure. 

Dinner at the hotel.

Overnight in Nairobi

DAY 2

Transfer: Transfer by Road, Proceed to Olpejeta Conservancy covering a distance of approx. 210–250 kms with a travel time of around 4–5 hours, depending on traffic and stops.

Nestled at the foothills of Mount Kenya, Ol Pejeta is a premier wildlife conservancy renowned for its pioneering conservation efforts. It is home to the largest black rhino sanctuary in East Africa and the last two northern white rhinos on Earth. Visitors can enjoy classic safari experiences with chances to spot the Big Five, as well as unique activities like chimpanzee viewing and behind-the-scenes conservation tours. Ol Pejeta combines breathtaking landscapes, abundant wildlife, and a strong commitment to protecting endangered species.

You’ll head you out on an evening game drive (Approx. 1600-1800Hrs) in Olpejeta.

DAY 3

Transfer: Transfer by Road, Proceed to Lake Naivasha covering a distance of approx. 250–290 kms with a travel time of around 5–6 hours, depending on traffic and stops.

Afternoon Hike at Crescent Island with Boat Transfers

Begin your adventure with a scenic boat ride across Lake Naivasha, gliding past hippos and vibrant birdlife. Arrive at Crescent Island, a private sanctuary where you’ll enjoy a guided hike among free-roaming wildlife such as giraffes, zebras, and antelopes. With no predators on the island, this walk offers a rare opportunity to experience nature up close in complete safety, surrounded by stunning lake views and serene landscapes.

DAY 4

Day Trip to Lake Nakuru National Park with Game Drive & Picnic Lunch

Depart from Lake Naivasha for an exciting day at Lake Nakuru National Park, famed for its stunning landscapes and rich wildlife. Enjoy a thrilling game drive through acacia woodlands and along the lake’s shores, spotting rhinos, buffalo, giraffes, and an array of birdlife, including the iconic flamingos. Midday, savor a delicious picnic lunch in the heart of the park before continuing your exploration of this scenic Rift Valley gem.

Arrive at the hotel / lodge and spend the evening at leisure prior to Dinner

Overnight in Lake Naivasha

DAY 5

Transfer: You will have a private transfer from Lake Naivasha to Masai Mara National Reserve by road with an approx. travel time of 4.5 to 5.5 hrs.

Explore the Masai Mara National Reserve with us on a guided game drive this evening (Approx. 1600-1800Hrs). Visiting the Masai Mara is a bucket-list experience for many travellers, and for good reasons. Masai Mara is home to the Big Five — lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino along with cheetahs, hyenas, giraffes, and countless other species. Game drives here offer exceptional wildlife viewing, often up close. Rolling savannahs, acacia-dotted plains, and dramatic river crossings create a cinematic backdrop for every safari. The golden light of dawn and dusk makes it a photographer’s paradise. 

Return to your hotel to freshen up, then enjoy dinner at the hotel

Overnight in Masai Mara 

Meals offered: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

DAY 6

Optional Activity: Head out for hot-air balloon safari, which is one of the best possible ways to see the Masai Mara. From high above the savannahs, the landscape and animal views are simply amazing. [Supplement Cost for Hot Air Ballon Safari – US$ 595/- Per Person]

You’ll go on an early morning game drive (Approx. 0630-0830Hrs) in the Masai Mara. With the soft morning light and perfect conditions for animals to be active, it’s the ideal time for exploring.

We’ll take you out on an evening game drive (Approx. 1600-1800Hrs) in Masai Mara National Reserve. It’s when temperatures cool, the light is golden and predators set out to hunt.

Return back to the hotel and unwind until dinner.

Overnight in Masai Mara

DAY 7

Transfer: Transfer to the Airport for your departure flight in a private vehicle. (B)

Early breakfast, check out and final morning game drive to Masai Mara prior leaving the park (±08h00-09h30). Depart to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport Nairobi where you will be dropped off in the afternoon for the departure flight in the evening

Cost per head

Cancellation 45 days or more before departure:
Booking amount for per person will be applicable, along with any non-refundable expenses incurred at the time of cancellation (e.g., flight/train tickets, hotel bookings, permits, etc.).

Cancellation between 44 to 30 days before departure:
75% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Cancellation within 30 days of departure:
100% of the total package cost will be charged, irrespective of the services utilized or confirmed.

Note: All cancellations must be communicated in writing. The date of receipt of the cancellation request will be considered for calculation of the cancellation charges.
