DAY WISE ITINERARY

Day 1 – SUN.

Rome

WELCOME TO ROME!

Upon arrival, we’ll provide a transfer from the airport to your hotel. Information about the start of your tour will be provided in the afternoon or can be found on the informational signs at the hotel reception.
6:30 p.m. – Transfer to Via Cavour, a wonderful introduction to Rome. Indian dinner included.
IMPORTANT:
-Please note that hotel check-in time is usually at 02:00 p.m. If you require earlier room availability, consider booking an additional night at the beginning of your trip.

-If you requested additional nights, your room will be ready upon arrival at the hotel, but your trip guide will only contact you when the included activities begin. At the reception, you will find an information sign with our staff’s telephone number and hours of assistance. Until then, you have free time to enjoy at your leisure. The hotel staff can assist you with any information you need.

ROME 1ºC – 2ºC 

Day 2 – MON.

Rome

In the morning, we’ll take a three-hour guided tour of the Eternal City, combining a walking tour of Imperial Rome with a panoramic bus ride to admire one of the oldest and most influential cities in Western civilization. During the tour, we’ll see several iconic sites, including the Arch of Constantine, the exterior of the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums, the Circus Maximus, the Baths of Caracalla, the Basilica of Saint Mary Major, the Pyramid of Cestius, and Castel Sant’Angelo.

This tour will end around 11:00 a.m. at Vatican City, an independent state within Rome and the center of the Catholic Church. For those who are especially interested, our guide will offer an optional visit after the panoramic tour to explore in more detail the most important halls of the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel. Free afternoon.
6:00 p.m. – To wrap up the day, we’ll include a transfer to the popular Trastevere neighborhood, known for its charming restaurants and lively atmosphere.
8:30 p.m. Return to the hotel (Approx.). Indian dinner included.

ROME 1ºC – 2ºC 

Day 3 – TUE.

Rome – Florence

Total distance covered: 320 km.
Scenery: Apennine Mountains and Tuscan vineyards.
Note: Due to traffic regulations established by the City Council of Florence, tourist buses are not allowed to enter the historic city center. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes.

08:00 a.m. – Depart from Rome, traveling through the Tiber Valley.
12:15 p.m. – Arrival in Florence, with our first stop at Piazzale Michelangelo, a viewpoint with spectacular city views. Don’t forget your camera! We’ll then walk toward the historic center where, after some time for lunch, we will begin a two-and-a-half-hour walking tour with a local guide, visiting the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, Straw Market, Piazza della Repubblica, and Palazzo Vecchio. The afternoon is free for you to explore the city’s historic markets and museums. Indian lunch or dinner included.

ROME 1ºC – 2ºC  – FLORENCE 19ºC – 22ºC 

Day 4 – WED.

Florence – Venice

Total distance covered: 310 km.
Scenery: We’ll cross the Apennines and the Po Valley.
08:15 a.m. – Departure from Florence, enjoying the beautiful mountain scenery along the way.
12:00 p.m. – Arrival in Venice at Tronchetto terminal. From there, we´ll take a boat across the Giudecca Canal to the island. Enjoy a guided tour around St. Mark’s Square. We´ll also visit the Murano Glass Factory to see a demonstration of traditional glassmaking techniques. The afternoon will be free for you to explore at your leisure.

07:30 p.m. – Return to the mainland and transfer to the hotel. We’ll be staying in the Mestre district. Indian lunch included.

FLORENCE 19ºC – 22ºC  – VENICE 16ºC – 18ºC 

Day 5 – THU.

Venice – Innsbruck – Zurich

Total distance covered: 680 km.
Scenery: Stunning alpine landscapes, including lakes and snow-capped mountains.
Note: Remember to bring your passport, as it may be required when crossing into Switzerland.

07:30 a.m. – Departure from Venice, traveling across the Po Valley en route to Austria.
01:00 p.m. – Innsbruck. Time to explore the historic town center and enjoy lunch.
04:00 p.m. – Departure from Innsbruck. We’ll continue our journey through the beautiful Tyrolean landscapes as we cross into Switzerland.
07:30 p.m. – Zurich. Indian dinner included.

VENICE 16ºC – 18ºC  – INNSBRUCK 18ºC – 20ºC  – ZURICH 16ºC – 18ºC 

Day 6 – FRI.

Zurich – Jungfrau – Lucerne – Zurich

Total distance covered: 280 km.

Note: Wear warm clothing and comfortable walking shoes and be sure to bring your camera. Please be aware that the cable car may not operate at certain times due to weather conditions (strong winds) or maintenance. If this happens, we will provide alternative transportation to a similar location.

07:30 a.m. – Departure from Zurich for a scenic journey through stunning landscapes featuring tall mountains and lakes.
10:00 a.m. – Jungfrau. Arrival at the largest ski resort in the region. You´ll board the Eiger Express tricable gondola to Eigergletscher, where you take the train to get to Jungfraujoch. Once at the top, you´ll step into a world of eternal snow and ice. Time to explore the tunnels, the views and walk upon the high alpine plateau. After an unforgettable morning, you will go down using train and tricable car again.
01:45 p.m. – Departure from Grindelwald Terminal to continue to Lucerne.
03:30 p.m. – Lucerne. You’ll have time to explore this charming Swiss city, including the Kapellbrücke, the covered bridge over the Reuss River, the Town Hall and Square with its Clock Tower, and the pedestrian streets filled with elegant shops. Enjoy a stroll through the city and dine before we head back to the hotel in Zurich.
07.00 p.m. – Departure from Lucerne to return to Zurich.
08:00 p.m. – Zurich. Indian dinner included.

Note: For operational reasons, the departure from Lucerne may be moved up to 5.30 hrs, allowing time in Zurich for dinner before heading to the hotel.

ZURICH 16ºC – 18ºC  – LUCERNE 15ºC – 16ºC  – ZURICH 16ºC – 18ºC 

Day 7 – SAT.

After breakfast, our journey will come to an end, leaving you with wonderful lasting memories.

Note: Please be aware that the hotel check-out time is usually 10:00 a.m. You can leave your luggage in reception upon check-out, allowing you to explore the city without carrying your bags. You can retrieve your luggage at your convenience later in the day. If you require additional time to use your room, we recommend booking an extra night at the end of your tour.

Cost per head

Cancellation 45 days or more before departure:
Booking amount for per person will be applicable, along with any non-refundable expenses incurred at the time of cancellation (e.g., flight/train tickets, hotel bookings, permits, etc.).

Cancellation between 44 to 30 days before departure:
75% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Cancellation within 30 days of departure:
100% of the total package cost will be charged, irrespective of the services utilized or confirmed.

Note: All cancellations must be communicated in writing. The date of receipt of the cancellation request will be considered for calculation of the cancellation charges.
