DAY WISE ITINERARY
Day 1 : Arrival in Cairo
Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be greeted by a friendly meet-and-assist service to facilitate a smooth and stress-free transfer to your accommodation. You will be staying at the Swiss Inn Nile or a similar hotel, offering comfortable amenities and a convenient location for your stay in Cairo. After settling into your hotel, prepare for an enchanting evening.
You will embark on an overnight dinner cruise aboard the Nile Crystal. This delightful cruise includes a sumptuous open buffet dinner, showcasing a variety of delectable dishes. As you dine, enjoy mesmerizing entertainment featuring traditional Egyptian folklore performances, including belly dancers, which will offer you a taste of Egypt’s rich cultural heritage. The serene ambiance of the Nile River combined with the vibrant entertainment will make for an unforgettable first night in Cairo, setting the perfect tone for the days of exploration and adventure that lie ahead. After the cruise, return to your hotel to rest and rejuvenate for the exciting sightseeing planned for the following day.
Day 2 : Cairo Sightseeing
Your day begins with a hearty breakfast at the Swiss Inn Nile or a similar hotel, preparing you for a full day of exploring Cairo’s most iconic landmarks. The first stop on your tour is the awe-inspiring Pyramids of Giza, where you will marvel at the grandeur of the Great Pyramid, the Pyramid of Khafre, and the Pyramid of Menkaure. Adjacent to these ancient wonders stands the enigmatic Sphinx, with its lion’s body and human head, a testament to Egypt’s fascinating mythology and history. Following this, you will visit a local perfume factory, where you can discover the intricate art of traditional Egyptian fragrance-making.
Next, the tour takes you to the Papyrus Institute, where you will learn about the ancient technique of papyrus paper production. The highlight of the day is a visit to the Egyptian Museum, home to an extensive collection of ancient Egyptian artifacts, including the treasures of Tutankhamun. Day 3 : Alexandria Day Trip
Today, embark on a full-day excursion to the beautiful coastal city of Alexandria. After an early breakfast at your hotel, you will be transported to Alexandria, where the first stop is the Citadel of Qait Bay, viewed from the outside. This impressive fortress was built in the 15th century on the exact site of the famous Lighthouse of Alexandria, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Next, you will visit Pompey’s Pillar, a Roman triumphal column standing tall amidst the ruins of the ancient Serapeum.
The journey continues with a visit to the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, a fascinating historical site combining Roman, Greek, and Egyptian cultural elements. For lunch, you will dine at Ibn Hamido Restaurant, renowned for its delicious seafood dishes and local specialties. After a day of exploring the rich history and culture of Alexandria, you will return to Cairo.
Your evening will be spent back at the Swiss Inn Nile or a similar hotel, where you can relax and reflect on the day’s adventures.
Day 4 : Cairo to Aswan, Nile Cruise Begins
Begin your day with a final breakfast at the Swiss Inn Nile or a similar hotel before transferring to Cairo Airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, you will be met and assisted at the airport, ensuring a smooth transition to the next phase of your journey. You will then embark on your Nile Cruise aboard the Presidential Nile Cruise or a similar vessel. This floating hotel offers comfortable accommodations and a front-row seat to the wonders of the Nile. Your first sightseeing stop in Aswan includes a visit to the High Dam, an engineering marvel that provides impressive views of Lake Nasser.
Next, you will explore the Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis, located on the picturesque Agilkia Island. The intricate carvings and stunning architecture of this temple are sure to captivate you. After a day of exploring, enjoy a delicious meal aboard the cruise ship as
you begin your journey down the Nile. Spend the night on board, enjoying the luxurious amenities and the gentle sway of the river.
Day 5 : Kom Ombo and Edfu
Wake up to a beautiful Nile morning aboard your cruise ship. After breakfast, the day’s adventure begins with a visit to the Kom Ombo Temple, a unique double temple dedicated to the falcon-headed god Horus and the crocodile god Sobek. The temple’s location on the riverbank provides stunning views, and the nearby Crocodile Museum offers fascinating insights into the ancient Egyptian reverence for these creatures.
After exploring Kom Ombo, return to the cruise ship and continue sailing towards Edfu. In the afternoon, you will visit the well-preserved Temple of Edfu, dedicated to Horus. Day 6 : Nile Cruise – Edfu to Luxor
Today, your Nile Cruise continues towards Luxor, with some of Egypt’s most impressive historical sites on the itinerary. Start your day with a visit to Luxor Temple, a strikingly elegant temple complex built over several centuries by various pharaohs. The grandeur of its columns and statues will leave you in awe. Next, head to the Karnak Temple, one of the largest religious complexes in the world. Dedicated to the Theban triad of Amun, Mut, and Khonsu, Karnak Temple is a vast open-air museum with colossal statues, obelisks, and intricately carved hieroglyphics.
The Hypostyle Hall, with its forest of massive columns, is particularly breathtaking. After a morning immersed in ancient history, return to your cruise ship for lunch and some relaxation. In the afternoon, enjoy the scenic views as you sail along the Nile. The evening is free for you to relax on board, enjoy entertainment, and dine as the ship docks in Luxor for the night. Day 7 : Luxor Sightseeing and transfer to Hurghada
Your final day on the Nile Cruise begins with a hearty breakfast on board before setting out to explore the west bank of Luxor. The first stop is the Valley of the Kings, where you will enter the tombs of pharaohs and marvel at the intricate wall paintings that have survived millennia. This site is home to the famous tomb of Tutankhamun, among many others. Next, visit the Colossi of Memnon, two massive stone statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III, which have stood guard for over 3,000 years.
The morning continues with a visit to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari. This mortuary temple, built into the cliffs, is a testament to the architectural innovation and grandeur of the ancient Egyptians. After a morning filled with awe-inspiring sights, you will transfer to Hurghada, overnight at Hurghada.
Day 8 : Hurghada
Your day begins with a hearty breakfast at the Amc Royal or a similar hotel, Hurghada is a each resort town stretching some 40km along Egypt’s Red Sea coast. It’s renowned for scuba diving, and has numerous dive shops and schools in its modern Sekalla district. There are many restaurants, bars and nightclubs, while the old town, El Dahar, is home to traditional Egyptian coffee shops and souks. Hurghada’s long stretch of sandy beach is lined with resort hotels. Day free at leisure. Overnight at Hurghada.
Day 9 : Hurghada
Your final day on the Egypt begins with a hearty breakfast and later you will be transferred to airport with meet and assist service ensuring a smooth departure. As you fly out of Hurghada.

- Booking amount is 50,000 INR.
- Forex payment required before 50 days prior to date of departure or before VISA application, whichever is earlier

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 45 days or more before departure:
Booking amount for per person will be applicable, along with any non-refundable expenses incurred at the time of cancellation (e.g., flight/train tickets, hotel bookings, permits, etc.).
Cancellation between 44 to 30 days before departure:
75% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
Cancellation within 30 days of departure:
100% of the total package cost will be charged, irrespective of the services utilized or confirmed.
Note: All cancellations must be communicated in writing. The date of receipt of the cancellation request will be considered for calculation of the cancellation charges.
