DAY WISE ITINERARY
Day 1
- Arrival in Barcelona
- Welcome! Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for leisure. Tour details will be available at the hotel reception.

Day 2
- Barcelona – Girona
- In the morning, enjoy a guided tour of Barcelona, a vibrant Mediterranean city known for its modernist architecture, lively Ramblas, and rich cultural heritage.
- In the evening, travel to Girona. Explore its charming historic centre, including colourful riverside houses, the Jewish quarter, and the impressive cathedral.
- Meals: Indian Lunch
Day 3
- Girona – Arles – Carrières des Lumières – Chambéry
- Travel into France through the Provence region. Stop in Arles, a UNESCO-listed town associated with Van Gogh, where you can explore Roman and medieval heritage.
- Later, visit Carrières des Lumières, a unique immersive art show set inside a historic quarry.
- Continue to Chambéry, a picturesque medieval town, for your overnight stay.
- Meals: Indian Dinner
Day 4
- Chambéry – Geneva – Gruyères – Leysin
- Travel into Switzerland and arrive in Geneva. Visit key attractions including the Palais des Nations, English Garden, and the famous Jet d’Eau fountain.
- Continue to Gruyères, renowned for its cheese, and visit the Maison Cailler Chocolate Factory for a tasting experience.
- En route, stop at Chillon Castle on Lake Geneva (entrance included). Arrive in Leysin, a scenic alpine village.
- Meals: Vegetarian Dinner
Day 5
- Leysin – Glacier 3000 – Interlaken – Lucerne – Zurich
- Enjoy a day of breathtaking alpine scenery. Take a cable car ride to Glacier 3000, where you can experience snow activities and panoramic views.
- Stop in Interlaken for lunch before continuing to Lucerne, known for its scenic beauty. Later, proceed to Zurich for overnight stay.
- Meals: Vegetarian Lunch or Dinner
Day 6
- Zurich – Strasbourg – Paris
- Depart Zurich and travel to Strasbourg in the Alsace region. Explore its charming old town blending French and German influences.
- Continue to Paris, arriving in the evening.
- Meals: Indian Lunch
Day 7
- Paris City Tour & Versailles
- Enjoy a panoramic city tour of Paris with a local guide, covering major landmarks and avenues. Visit Montmartre for leisure time.
- In the afternoon, visit the Palace of Versailles (entrance not included), followed by a relaxing Seine River cruise.
- Meals: Lunch
Day 8
- Paris – Eiffel Tower
- Visit the Eiffel Tower and ascend to the second level (tickets included) for spectacular views of Paris.
- The rest of the day is free for personal exploration or an optional visit to Disneyland Paris
Day 9
- Departure from Paris
- After breakfast, your tour concludes with unforgettable memories of Europe.

Cost per head
Payment Policy
- Booking amount is 50,000 INR.
- Forex payment required before 50 days prior to date of departure or before VISA application, whichever is earlier
- Final payment required, 30 days prior to date of departure
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 45 days or more before departure:
Booking amount for per person will be applicable, along with any non-refundable expenses incurred at the time of cancellation (e.g., flight/train tickets, hotel bookings, permits, etc.).
Cancellation between 44 to 30 days before departure:
75% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
Cancellation within 30 days of departure:
100% of the total package cost will be charged, irrespective of the services utilized or confirmed.
Note: All cancellations must be communicated in writing. The date of receipt of the cancellation request will be considered for calculation of the cancellation charges.
Terms & Conditions
✔ Tour cost is subject to change with respect to number of passengers, travel dates, services included, etc
✔ Visa is sole discretion of the concerned consulate / embassy.
✔ Airfare and taxes are subject to change, presently airfare is taken on actual. Airfares in given airline are tentative and subject to change.
✔ Tour cost is subject to change with respect to any sudden increase in visa charges, airfare, airport taxes and/or any other cost factor that is not within our control at the time of giving this cost.
✔ Similar star category hotels will be booked in case hotels mentioned in the itinerary are not available during the travel dates.
✔ Passport & POE charges not included.
✔ Airline / Room / Cabin Upgrades and Complimentary are not included unless specifically mentioned.
✔ Early Check In / Late Check Out is not included and is subject to availability. In case the same is required it will be at an additional cost.
✔ Quote does not include alcohol in room, at meals, during transfers and on sightseeing is not necessarily included in the cost. As you are aware most of the countries charge for mineral water and in case it is needed on transfers & sightseeing an additional it will have to be paid for in addition to the tour price.
✔ All Hotels do not have tea/coffee making facility in room. It differs hotel to hotel & city to city
✔ Late sitting in a restaurant for meals is totally subject to the terms & conditions of the hotel / restaurant used. Same will be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
✔ Prices are subject to change with any increase in the costs.
✔ If passengers do not arrive or depart with the group, additional charges will be incurred.
✔ Should the group arrive during a trade fare/festival or high demand period, we reserve the right toamend the prices accordingly or offer an alternative location Services mentioned in the itinerary will be provided, however, the travel plan may change because of reasons beyond control such as change in flight schedules, etc.
✔ **EUR to INR conversion rate has been taken at 100.00. Tour price will change in case the exchange rate fluctuates.
✔ Personal foreign exchange of group members to be facilitated by VICKY ONLINE.
✔ If the Group is cancelled due to any unavoidable circumstances, we will negotiate on your behalf for maximum possible refunds based on Airline & Supplier policies. Vicky Tourism will only transfer the refund payment once the same been received from Airline & Supplier respectively.
