DAY WISE ITINERARY
DAY 1 – ARRIVE PARIS | WELCOME TO THE CITY OF LIGHTS!
Meet & greet at Kolkata airport
Arrive at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport and transfer to your hotel. Check-in and unwind after your journey. In the evening, embark on a romantic Seine River Cruise, gliding past the beautifully illuminated landmarks of Paris including the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, and Louvre. Overnight stay in Paris.
DAY 2 – PARIS CITY TOUR & EIFFEL TOWER EXPERIENCE
After breakfast, enjoy a full panoramic city tour of Paris, exploring iconic sights such as the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Élysées, Trocadéro Gardens, and the exterior ofthe Louvre Museum. Experience the city from above with a visit to the Eiffel Tower – 2nd Level, capturing panoramic views of Paris’ skyline. In the evening, enjoy leisure time to explore local boutiques, patisseries, or optional activities like a cabaret show. Overnight stay in Paris.
DAY 3 – PARIS → GERMANY ENROUTE CITY TOUR
After breakfast, drive through the scenic countryside of France into Germany, arriving at Heidelberg, famed for its historic university and romantic castle ruins. Enjoy an orientation tour, strolling through the Old Town, visiting the Old Bridge, and admiring the Heidelberg Castle from outside. Relish a packed lunch en route, then proceed to your hotel in Mannheim/Heidelberg area. Overnight stay.
DAY 4 – GERMANY → CENTRAL SWITZERLAND, ENROUTE RHINE FALLS
Depart after breakfast for the enchanting Black Forest region, known for its dense woods, charming villages, and traditional cuckoo clocks. Stop at the Drubba Cuckoo Clock Centre in Titisee and explore the artistry of handcrafted clocks (entry free). Continue to Schaffhausen, Switzerland, and marvel at Rhine Falls, Europe’s largest waterfall. Enjoy a 15-minute boat cruise to the falls’ base for a breathtaking view. Later, drive to Central Switzerland for overnight stay in Engelberg/Lucerne.
DAY 5 – SWITZERLAND -LUCERNE & EXCURSION TO MT. TITLIS
After breakfast, embark on an unforgettable excursion to Mt. Titlis, standing at 10,000 ft. Experience the thrilling Rotair Cable Car, the rotating gondola that offers 360° views of the snow-capped Alps. Enjoy the Ice Flyer chairlift, walk through the Glacier Cave, and test your nerves on the Cliff Walk, Europe’s highest suspension bridge (all free entries included). Savor a special lunch at Mt. Titlis restaurant. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay. At evening, visit Lucerne, a picturesque city nestled by Lake Lucerne. Explore the Chapel Bridge, Lion Monument, and enjoy a serene walk along the lakeside promenade.
DAY 6 – INTERLAKEN ORIENTATION TOUR , CHANCE TO VISIT MT. JUNGFRAU
Post breakfast, Continue to Interlaken, set between Lakes Thun and Brienz, offering stunning alpine scenery. Free time for shopping or optional adventure activities like paragliding or boat rides. Overnight stay in Central Switzerland.
DAY 7 – Overnight in Seefeld, Austria.
Today, we drive to Innsbruck. En route, visit Vaduz, the capital of Liechtenstein. Here, we enjoy an orientation tour of Vaduz. Here you get some free time to shop at the Huber watch store. Next, we visit the Swarovski Crystal Worlds in Wattens. Later, proceed for an orientation tour of Innsbruck: See the Golden Roof and the Maria Theresia Strasse.
DAY 8 – Overnight in Padova / Bologna, Italy.
Today, we proceed to the pier and take a private boat to Venice. On arrival, we visit St. Mark’s square to see the Basilica, Doge’s Palace, Campanile and Bridge of Sighs. Later, spend time to explore the city on your own.
DAY 9 – Overnight in Chianciano Terme/ Arezzo, Italy.
Today, we proceed to Florence for a guided walking tour: see the Duomo, the Campanile, the Baptistery with its Gates of Paradise and Piazza Della Signoria.
DAY 10 – Overnight in Chianciano Terme/ Arezzo, Italy.
Today we go on a day trip to Rome and Vatican City. On arrival, we proceed for a guided city tour of Vatican City: the smallest country in the world (shorts or sleeveless vests not allowed), where we visit the famous St. Peter’s Basilica and St. Peter’s Square. Next, we continue for a guided city tour of Rome: See Circus Maximus and photo-stop at Colosseum & Arc of Constantine.
DAY 11 – Leaning Tower of Pisa & Journey back Home
Today, we proceed to Pisa to see the world-famous leaning tower of Pisa. Later, we drive to Milan airport for your flight back home. Kindly spare a few minutes to share your feedback with your Tour Manager. Your valued suggestions will be most appreciated. Arrive home with pleasant memories of your Europe tour, which we are sure you will treasure for a lifetime.

Cost per head
Payment Policy
- Booking amount is 50,000 INR.
- Forex payment required before 50 days prior to date of departure or before VISA application, whichever is earlier
- Final payment required, 30 days prior to date of departure
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 45 days or more before departure:
Booking amount for per person will be applicable, along with any non-refundable expenses incurred at the time of cancellation (e.g., flight/train tickets, hotel bookings, permits, etc.).
Cancellation between 44 to 30 days before departure:
75% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
Cancellation within 30 days of departure:
100% of the total package cost will be charged, irrespective of the services utilized or confirmed.
Note: All cancellations must be communicated in writing. The date of receipt of the cancellation request will be considered for calculation of the cancellation charges.
Terms & Conditions
✔ Tour cost is subject to change with respect to number of passengers, travel dates, services included, etc
✔ Visa is sole discretion of the concerned consulate / embassy.
✔ Airfare and taxes are subject to change, presently airfare is taken on actual. Airfares in given airline are tentative and subject to change.
✔ Tour cost is subject to change with respect to any sudden increase in visa charges, airfare, airport taxes and/or any other cost factor that is not within our control at the time of giving this cost.
✔ Similar star category hotels will be booked in case hotels mentioned in the itinerary are not available during the travel dates.
✔ Passport & POE charges not included.
✔ Airline / Room / Cabin Upgrades and Complimentary are not included unless specifically mentioned.
✔ Early Check In / Late Check Out is not included and is subject to availability. In case the same is required it will be at an additional cost.
✔ Quote does not include alcohol in room, at meals, during transfers and on sightseeing is not necessarily included in the cost. As you are aware most of the countries charge for mineral water and in case it is needed on transfers & sightseeing an additional it will have to be paid for in addition to the tour price.
✔ All Hotels do not have tea/coffee making facility in room. It differs hotel to hotel & city to city
✔ Late sitting in a restaurant for meals is totally subject to the terms & conditions of the hotel / restaurant used. Same will be requested but cannot be guaranteed.

✔ If passengers do not arrive or depart with the group, additional charges will be incurred.
✔ Should the group arrive during a trade fare/festival or high demand period, we reserve the right toamend the prices accordingly or offer an alternative location Services mentioned in the itinerary will be provided, however, the travel plan may change because of reasons beyond control such as change in flight schedules, etc.
✔ **EUR to INR conversion rate has been taken at 100.00. Tour price will change in case the exchange rate fluctuates.
✔ Personal foreign exchange of group members to be facilitated by VICKY ONLINE.
✔ If the Group is cancelled due to any unavoidable circumstances, we will negotiate on your behalf for maximum possible refunds based on Airline & Supplier policies. Vicky Tourism will only transfer the refund payment once the same been received from Airline & Supplier respectively.
